What the free plan actually includes

One screen, playlists, scheduling with dayparting, and pairing by 6-digit code. The honest limits: layouts and widgets are paid features, media storage is capped, playback history is kept briefly, and free screens carry a small “Powered by Pixyl” badge.

When you outgrow it

Paid plans are priced per screen per month — $7 list for Core, $14 for Enterprise — and drop by up to 60% with regional pricing in lower-income economies. You pay for the screens you run, not for seats or feature unlocks.

Why free-forever instead of a trial

A single lobby screen or menu board should not require a subscription. If Pixyl earns the second and third screen, that is the business model working as intended.
