Pixyl is built and operated by Ackerworx. We hold your account (name, email, a password hash, billing country), the content you upload, what your screens report (device model, Android version, player version, network type, local IP) and what they played. We sell nothing, show no ads, use no advertising trackers, and do not profile you.
Payments: FluxDue (Ackerworx billing) settled through Stripe or Xendit, or Google Play for purchases in the Pixyl Manager app. Media storage: an S3-compatible object store. Email: Resend. AI assistant: Anthropic, only for text you ask it to work on, under terms that forbid training on it. Embedded YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, websites and feeds are loaded by the screen directly from those services.
Account and content until you delete them. Proof of play 7, 90 or 365 days by plan. Invoices as long as tax law requires. Backups rotate out after the live copy is deleted.
Sign in, open Profile → Cookies & Privacy, and choose Request Pixyl account deletion. If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address on the account.
See, correct, export and delete your data; under the GDPR also restrict, object, port, and complain to your authority. We answer within 30 days.
