Setting it up

Add the Countdown app, set the target moment and a label, drop it into a layout. Apps live in the gallery (Apps in the sidebar) and can be dropped into any layout zone alongside playlists, media, and other widgets.

It keeps playing

Like everything on Pixyl, the app rides the platform: scheduling and dayparting decide when it shows, screens keep playing through network outages, and screen health monitoring emails you if a display goes dark.

Is the Countdown app free?

What hardware do I need?

Any TV, tablet, stick, or Raspberry Pi with a modern browser. Open the screen link, pair with a 6-digit code, and it plays.
